In the lead up to one of the UK’s biggest annual sporting events, we’ve put together a few outfits using our favourite white tees. Known for strawberries and cream, Pimms and tennis whites (as well as world class athletes!), the Wimbledon Championships have inspired these all white looks. Just try not to spill anything...
Style your staples
Although a white t-shirt does a great job of breaking up a bold trouser or skirt, it can also compliment your other wardrobe essentials brilliantly. Our 100% white linen t-shirt features fantasy stitching around the neckline giving it some extra detail; as well as stylish rolled sleeves.
Paired here with white raw hem jeans and sandals, it doesn’t get much more simple (but effective) than this look.
Play With Textures
Our first Wimbledon-inspired look features our much loved boat neck top, with its elegant rolled sleeve detailing and reversible neckline. Slightly cut in at the waist, the boat neck is perfect for styling with skirts; and this crochet-style maxi is the perfect texture clash required for a one-colour look.
Cream counts!
If there’s one failsafe way of putting together a good outfit, it’s using multiple shades of one colour palette. You don’t have to stick to the brightest, snow-white shades - add in some warmer tones too. Our half sleeve crew neck top in white compliments these wide leg cream trousers perfectly, with it’s fitted shape and it’s slightly longer sleeves adding a little something to your standard white t-shirt. We’ve also paired our short sleeve scoop neck in white with a cream tennis-style skirt, for the full Williams sisters look.
