Accessibility statement

This statement applies to lavenderhillclothing.com, run by IFR Holdings Ltd, trading as Lavender Hill Clothing. We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from us comfortably, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We review the site as we make changes and fix problems as we find them.

What we are doing

• Adding text descriptions to product photos, and using clear headings and labelled buttons so pages work with screen readers.
• Making sure the site can be used with a keyboard, and that text can be enlarged in your browser without losing content.
• Using clear, high-contrast text for prices, sizes and delivery information.
• Offering an accessibility menu (the icon on screen, or Ctrl + M) so you can adjust text size, contrast, spacing and other settings to suit you.

Known limitations

• Some content comes from third-party services, such as customer reviews, sign-up pop-ups and payment pages. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we do not fully control how their content works.
• Some older images and blog posts may not yet have full text descriptions. We are working through these.
