Our clothing is fitted and trialled on real women and our body measurements reflect this.

Each product is slightly different, please check the product page for exact measurements. Alternatively, please do call us on +44 203 488 0006 and we will help you as best we can.

We hope you are happy with your Lavender Hill Clothing product, however, if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Enter your email address or telephone number, along with your order number to start the return. Select the item/s you would like to return/exchange and the reason. 

2. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. UK orders containing a full priced item/s will receive a free returns label inside of their order. For sale orders and orders from outside of the UK, please return your order to:

3. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund or send an exchange as soon as possible.

Note: If you place an order with free delivery and then return the full order, we will deduct the price of delivery from the refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded. All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition with the swing tag still attached. The price paid for correctly returned products will be credited to the card used on the original purchase. Please note that if you return a sale item using our returns address included in the parcel we will deduct £3.95 from your refund to cover the postage. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of face masks or knickers.

Exchanges: If the alternative product you require costs less than the returned product, we will credit you the difference. If it costs more than the one you have returned, we will need to take an additional payment from you before we can send the item. We will charge our standard delivery cost for the alternative product. We will contact you for authority to debit your card for the delivery charge and any further payment before sending out the alternative product.
